Course Overview

It is to provide practical guidance on how to implement sustainability reporting and TCFD reporting in a company. 

Course Objectives

The participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the role of a sustainability report and TCFD report. It includes how to plan, design, develop and improve the report and engage with the various stakeholders involved in the process.

Manli Shan

ESG and Sustainable Finance Analyst

RHT Green

Manli Shan is an ESG and sustainable finance analyst at RHT Green. Her broad range of professional experience includes business analysis, data administration, client service, and change management. Her professional background includes the supply chain, insurance, and education sectors.

She chose the path of sustainability because she has a great desire to make a difference in the world and is deeply concerned about pressing social and environmental issues. She has contributed to several projects involving corporate sustainability, carbon strategy, and green finance since 2022 for organizations such as MAS, SGX, UOB, PSA, and others.

Her business savvy and understanding of ESG have allowed her to adapt complex sustainability concepts to business contexts and assist clients at varying sustainability maturity levels in finding, evaluating, and implementing the best ESG solutions.

Manli Shan graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences with a bachelor's degree in logistics and supply chain management. She also has an ESG Investing certificate from the CFA Institute. She speaks Mandarin and English fluently.
