IBF COURSE POLICIES AND GUIDLINES

Registration

  1. Participants are to register for the programme using their full name as indicated on their NRIC/ Passport.

  2. Registration will close 1 week before the programme commencement date or when the class is fully subscribed, whichever comes first. 

Cancellation/ Postponement

RHT Professional Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a programme is cancelled or rescheduled, and the fee has been paid, RHT Professional Academy will refund the nett programme fee received.

Attendance/ Certification/ Funding 

  • To be eligible for programme funding and to be awarded a digital Certificate of Completion for the IBF course, participants are required to attain a 100% attendance and pass the associated assessment. 

  • The digital certificate will be issued according to the participant’s full name as per NRIC/ Passport. 

  • The digital certificate will be sent to participants within 5 working days after the course took place.

*IBF Funding is only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

Substitution, Deferment and Cancellation Policies

  • The following policies and charges will apply for late notice of deferment or cancellation by participants, except for cases that can be waived based on compassionate or medical grounds.

Substitution

  • Two weeks prior to course commencement – No charge

  • Request for substitution must be made in writing via email and subjected to RHT Professional Academy’s approval.

Cancellation

  • At least 14 calendar days prior to course commencement – No charge

  • Less than 14 calendar days prior to course commencement or no show on first day of class or after class commences – full course fees or nett fees

  • Request for cancellation has to be made in writing via email and subject to RHT Professional Academy’s approval.

Deferment

  • Deferment is permitted on compassionate or medical grounds. Relevant proof or documents must be submitted to substantiate the grounds.

Withdrawal

  • There will be no refund of course fees if notification for withdrawal is received after course commencement.
