Course Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

 

  1. RHT Professional Academy reserves a slot for the participant upon receiving the completed registration form for the course.

  2. Prices are subject to change and RHT Professional Academy reserves the right to charge additional amounts to reflect any pricing changes taking effect before course start dates.

  3. Participants are required to pay for the course at the time of booking. If an employer is funding a delegate’s participation in a course, the employer may require RHT Professional Academy to provide information on the participant’s attendance, including, but not limited to; assessment results, attendance certificates and attendance records.

 

Invoicing and Payment

 

  1. Where RHT Professional Academy has received authorisation to invoice an employer the following terms apply:

a. Full payment is due prior to the course start date. Any participant may be refused participation on a course if payment is outstanding.

b. Providing the booking is made 30 days prior to the commencement of the course, invoice payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice.

c. Payment is due immediately if the booking is made less than 30 days before the course start date.

d. Payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) before the course start date. For special arrangements and requests for a longer credit term, please contact us at events@rhtacademy.com

e. The employer is liable for all unpaid invoices. RHT Professional Academy reserve the right to recover any reasonable debt collection costs in connection with overdue payments and to charge interest on late payments.


 

Withdrawals, Cancellations, and No-Shows


For withdrawals and cancellations, participants must inform us in writing at least two weeks prior to the course date or 100% cancellation fee applies.

 

No-show participants will be subjected to 100% of the course fee. 

 

Substitution 

 

A substitute may attend in your place at no additional charge if the substitute is from the same company and you give us notice in writing at least 5 working days before the course start date. The substitute accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 

Course Cancellation


If at any point and for any reason RHT Professional Academy cancels or postpones a course, you will have the option to transfer to another course or, if you paid for the cancelled/postponed course, receive a full refund of the fees received by RHT Professional Academy (for the avoidance of doubt such refund shall be the same amount and currency as received by RHT Professional Academy). This is our entire liability towards you for any cancelled or postponed courses. RHT Professional Academy not responsible to pay any travel, accommodation costs and/or any other costs incurred by you in respect of the cancelled/postponed course.

By submitting this registration form, I consent to the following:

1) Having my photographs and/or videos taken during the course for marketing purposes

2) Having my email used for email marketing purposes
